CocoPass Community Terms and Rules
Effective date: October 21, 2026 · Operator: nlap (Jinho Park) · Contact: contact@nlap.app
1. What these terms cover
These are the rules for using CocoPass store tips and product comments (the "community"). Anyone can read without signing in; posting, helpful votes, reporting and blocking are for signed-in members.
2. Who can use it
- People aged 14 or older who sign in with a Google or Apple account can become members.
- Before your first post, you choose a nickname and agree to these terms and the privacy policy. If the terms change, we ask you to agree again.
3. No objectionable content or harassment (zero tolerance)
CocoPass does not allow posts that offend or harass others. Please don't post text or photos like these:
- Swearing, insults, harassment, threats
- Hate speech, discrimination
- Sexual or violent content
- Illegal content or illegal trading
- Other people's personal information, or your own contact or bank details
- Ads, sales or group-buy recruiting, repeated posts
- Price or stock information you know is false
- Other people's work posted without permission
4. Reporting, blocking and appeals
- You can report any post, or report and block its author. Posts from people you block are hidden from your screen. You can unblock anytime in Settings.
- A photo is hidden as soon as one report comes in, and a post reported by three different members is hidden for a while. Hiding is not deletion.
- The operator reviews reports in a timely manner and decides to hide the post, find no violation, or restrict the author (for a set period or until lifted), recording the reason.
- If your post is hidden, you can send an appeal in Settings › My posts. The operator reviews it again and may show the post again.
5. Your posts and photos
- Posts cannot be deleted but can be edited. Earlier versions are kept as a record.
- You keep the rights to what you post. You allow CocoPass to show your posts and photos inside CocoPass as community content and as product images.
- Location data is removed from photos on your device before upload.
6. Accuracy
- Tips and comments are what members saw themselves and may differ from actual store prices and stock. Please check in the store before buying.
- CocoPass is not affiliated with or operated by Costco.
7. Deleting your account
You can delete your account in Settings › Community account. The account is then shown as "Deleted user" and your posts remain. See the privacy policy for details.
8. Changes and contact
- If these terms change, we will tell you in the app and ask you to agree again before your next post.
- Questions and report-related requests: contact@nlap.app
